Genellikle Gelir Arttırıcı Çalışmalar (GAÇ) olarak da adlandırılabilecek bu çalışmalar kurumun yapısına, iş yapış şekline ve müşteri karakteristiklerine göre kurum bazında özelleştirilmektedir.
